The International ComicContinuity II, or ICC II, is a comic continuity started by BZPower member Philbert Flakes, following the disbanding of the original ICC. It was officially announced on April 1, 2010.

Creation[]
The following is Philbert's post, introducing the new continuity:
That's sad to hear, Kahi, although I can't say I didn't see it coming. The ICC has been a big part of my life for the last few months, and I hate to see it go...
However, I have some important news to announce. Kahi had already been telling me that he wanted to disband the ICC for a while now, so I've had something in the works. It's called the International ComicContinuity II, or ICC II. I already have a few members, one of which is Dark709. We're accepting applications for members now, so PM me if you want to join. We also have a secret kit modification known as Xaniskit 3.0, which is available only to members.
Members[]
Philbert has released the following list of members for the new ICC. Is it presumed that the Continuity will grow as he begins receiving applications.

Evidently, there was some confusion as to how Pohuaki and SamHideoLopez would fit in. However Philbert has since clarified that SamHideoLopez will be remaking his original series, now titled "Comics Starring Kopoojka", while Pohuaki will be making a new series documenting his experiences as a Global Moderator on BZP, which is currently to be called "The Magical Adventures of Pohuaki and his Unicorn".
Membership[]
Philbert is currently accepting PM applications for the ICC II. It is unknown how long he will be accepting applications for, however.
